“ANS Collaboration begun operations in 2005, deeply rooted in and as the end product of the continued effort by U. Munari to bring amateurs to play a key role in the astronomical research carried out at professional Observatories. The aim of ANS Collaboration is to provide state-to-the-art multi-band (tipically UBVRI) photometry of objects on its program list, with spectroscopy (low and high resolution, both absolutely fluxed) playing an increasing role.”
